Meet the Team
David Hearle
David is responsible for site development and travel research. He brings to the team an encyclopedic knowledge of world destinations. At the last count David had travelled over 3,000,000 air miles and visited all the peopled continents. A journey of survived adventures, robbed in Egypt; held up at gunpoint in Pakistan and lost in the Northern Sudan desert.
A journey of travel experiences from luxury to backpacker, from hot air balloons in Kenya to rafting in Queenstown, along pot holed roles in Cambodia, to flying class first class to Muscat or just watching the world go by on a rickshaw in Bangladesh. This variety, David brings to travel research to enable our travel eguides to meet the needs of all.
David has acquired an in depth understanding of many cultures having lived and worked in countries as diverse as Kenya, Egypt, Bangladesh, UK and Australia. Continual visits to destinations enables David to bring to our eguide sites all the those important essentials that you need to know for each destination to make arrival easy.
As a traveller David appreciates the value of high quality information that is accurate, comprehensive and credible. At eguide David and his team are working to avoid the frustrations of out of date guide books, biased recommendations to certain establishments, and busy researching every attraction that exists. Sometimes the small museum, or the hidden temple is your best discovery.
If you discover something please do email David Hearle with the details. We very much appreciate your help.
