Accessibility at eGuide
At eGuide, we believe that travel should be inclusive and accessible for all. We offer tours and transport across Tasmania, including shore excursions, nature experiences, and private transfers.
As a mobile tourism operator, we do not have a fixed physical location or visitor centre. Instead, we meet guests at cruise terminals, accommodation, or designated pick-up points. This page provides a detailed overview of how we support guests with diverse needs across our tours, vehicles, and the venues we visit.

Attractions and Paths
We do not own or manage the venues we visit, but we work closely with each attraction to ensure accessibility needs are considered and communicated.
Accessibility may vary based on the destination:
Some attractions are fully step-free and have paved or firm paths
Others, such as national parks, may include stairs, gravel paths, or uneven terrain
We provide detailed accessibility notes for each tour. Where possible, this includes:
Width and surface type of paths
Presence of steps or steep gradients
Resting areas or seating availability
If you’re unsure about a tour’s suitability, contact us and we’ll guide you to the best option.
