David was super responsive and helpful. Some of the other companies may be a bit flashier or some options in price may vary, but I honestly wish I had booked eGuide for the return trip from Overland Track, because the other company was yes, a little cheaper, but they were kind of grumpy. Whereas all the eGuide drivers I encountered through text or in-person were always lovely and nice to talk to—and I wasn't really in a talkative mood because I was super nervous, but my driver made me feel really at home straight away. Loved eGuide being part of my Overland Track journey and would 100% recommend—and also want to use their services for the next Tasmania adventure!

The transfer was really well organised, including a text the night before to confirm arrangements (which alleviated a lot of stress). I was also able to organise gas for the hike through David, which was great as I had flown in the night before the transfer/hike. Lovely transfer with Maree, who is incredibly knowledgeable about the Overland (as well as Tasmania) and gave me some helpful hints about the walk. Would definitely book again. Price was also very good/competitive, and transfer was early so was one of the first walkers on the trail.

The email communication to book the trip was easy and pick up at the lake was on time and with very comfortable vehicles. What an amazing service these folks provide! After comparing all similar offerings we landed on eGuide’s Overland Track valet service, and it was AMAZING!! Such a seamless experience, driving ourselves to Sheffield at our leisure, quick and friendly mini bus ride to Cradle Mt, and having our car waiting for us at Lake St Clair. We really loved having the flexibility to finish our hike any day and time we wanted - most other hikers were stressing about meeting a bus on time.
